  3. By purchasing tickets through CheerTicketing.com, the buyer agrees to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms override any other terms proposed by the buyer. Any exceptions must be expressly agreed to in writing by CheerTicketing.com in advance.

  5. 2. Ticket Sales

    • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

    • Tickets include all applicable service fees and taxes; no additional fees will be charged beyond the displayed ticket price.

    • Tickets are valid only for the event and date specified. Entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket and scannable QR code.


    7. 3. Payment

    • Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

    • In the event of non-payment, CheerTicketing.com reserves the right to cancel or withhold tickets without prior notice.


    8. 4. Entry & Attendance

    • Spectators must have their QR code and ticket ready upon arrival to avoid delays.

    • Please allow at least one (1) hour prior to performance time to receive tickets and enter the performance arena.

    • CheerTicketing.com reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.


    9. 5. Event Changes & Cancellations

    • CheerTicketing.com reserves the right to adjust event schedules, venues, or production elements as necessary.

    • In the unlikely event of a full cancellation, CheerTicketing.com will communicate directly with ticket holders regarding refund or transfer policies.


    10. 6. Liability

    • Attendance is at the spectator’s own risk. CheerTicketing.com is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except where required by law.

    • CheerTicketing.com cannot be required by the client or spectator to appear as a third party in claims filed by an end consumer.


    11. 7. Claims & Disputes

    Any claims must be submitted in writing to CheerTicketing.com’s registered office within 8 days of the event. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

  11. All contractual relations shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event takes place.
